In today's video, I bring out my Fourth Rail Quilt. It is a rail fence quilt is a pieced quilt made out of scraps. I really enjoy making scrap quilts because they let me use lefttovers of so many quilt projects and they serve as a treasured memories of these other quilts. The rail fence quilt is a versatile scrapbuster and can be arranged in lots of different ways. In this video, I work on cutting fabric for the half square triangles I need to make this quilt. I am cleaning up my scraps drawer at the same time as I cut the fabric for this and other quilts.
