This works on the WeckMethod Fundamental Principle of Coiling Core Training®. "Coiling Core® Training focuses exclusively on engaging and incorporating the Lats via the "Relate to Gait" Principle to Maximize rotational power, speed, and balance." Start in the WeckMethod 45 Stance (Each foot turned out to 45 degrees making a 90 with both feet. Weight is balanced on the "Green Dots"-ball of the foot between the 4th and 5th metatarsal. Weave the fingers out in front of you. Shift the weight to the right leg and "Root the Glute". Place the left foot in position 1-2-1 to find balance in the "haunch" of the right leg. Roll the 8's, Turn to the Right, Tilt to the Right, and Separate the Hands. Drive the Right Elbow into the Back Right Pocket and Max Contract for 1-2-3. Release Low, Bring the Left Foot back to position 2 and then come straight back up SLOW. Repeat on the Opposite Side
Perform 1 four second PRIMER on each side. Repeat as needed.
