In this Windows 10 Tutorial I will be showing you how to FIX Cortana using really high CPU processor usage since installing the latest KB4512941 cumulative update, Microsoft are currently looking into the issue but doing the steps in this tutorial will FIX the high CPU usage for now until Microsoft FIX the Cortana High CPU usage bug.
Just remember when doing the changes in the Windows registry to back up the registry and also change everything back to how it was once Microsoft have fixed the high CPU usage bug.
