MaviBahce Shopping and Life Center
MaviBahçe was designed by an investment group from İzmir, envisioning it as a city square from İzmir, where residents of İzmir can meet with their children and friends, have a pleasant time, and shop in a natural environment surrounded by water and greenery, in accordance with their wishes, needs and lifestyles. It is aimed that MaviBahçe Town Square will be a “Meeting, Meeting, Dining, Entertainment and Shopping Place” not only for Karşıyaka but also for all İzmir and nearby Aegean provinces, to change the atmosphere of shopping and to offer a completely different experience than others.
You can see many details of Aegean architecture in MaviBahçe. According to MaviBahçe's architect Roy Higgs, the most prominent aspect of Aegean architecture is that it is happy, peaceful and enjoyable. Starting from this path, an "enjoyment environment" of İzmir was created by using lively colors, materials, terraces, waters, shadows, bay windows, balconies, white pergolas, wrought iron details, landscape and architectural details unique to İzmir such as the clock tower in MaviBahçe's architecture.
A living center with high comfort conditions, which is partly open and partly closed, can be walked around comfortably and with pleasure in 4 seasons. A beautiful and large garden with an abundant pool was built in the middle of it, adorned with palm trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and Aegean flowers. This large garden, pool and water elements were thought to form the breathing space of Mavişehir. A brand mix has been created in MaviBahçe that can meet all the needs of all members of the family. MaviBahçe, which has the widest store mix of İzmir with its ideally sized stores and the widest collections of over 220 national and international brands, has become the new center of fashion and shopping.
In MaviBahçe; 52 famous restaurants and cafes were also included. Among them, there are companies that offer local flavors as well as famous restaurants and cafes. Bringing together İzmir's largest restaurant and cafe mix in the same venue, MaviBahçe has become the new address for eating, having fun and socializing.
MaviGarden; It was made for the people of Izmir. There is Izmir in it!
