On Saturday November 11, 2017, Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 9625 Webb Chapel Road at approximately 3:07 p.m. Upon officers arrival they located a L/M 38 deceased from a gunshot wound. There were several people at the location during the argument between the victim the shooting suspect just prior to the actual shooting offense. The Dallas Police Department is seeking the assistance from the community in identifying the shooting suspect. He is described as a Hispanic male 6 tall or slightly taller in his late 20s early 30s. Wearing dark clothing and a ball cap. The video shows that the suspect MAY be wearing a FAKE beard to disguise his identity. His nickname could be “CHEPE”.
