Students from law enforcement, EMS and fire agencies participated in a two-week, 80-course at McClellan Park in Sacramento to become certified tactical medics. The course is designed to prepare and train pre-hospital care responders to provide medical care for California’s law enforcement special operations teams. Cal OES received an all-access look into how students are taught in the classroom and in scenario-based training.
