#IceScramble or iskrambol is a Filipino frozen #dessert popular with kids during hot afternoons due to its vibrant colors and refreshing taste. Iskrambol is said to have started in Iloilo and eventually spread to street vendors all over the country.

This dessert is usually shaved ice with evaporated milk, banana flavor extract, drizzled condensed milk and pink food coloring. It also comes in other flavors like chocolate.
