(11 Dec 2016) Over ten thousand runners clad as Santa Claus participated in an annual race in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near the French capital of Paris, on Sunday.
The runners embarked on a 10-kilometre (6-mile) race dressed in red-and-white costume.
Last year the race was called off in light of the November 13 attacks in Paris.
The winner of this year's run, Philippe Raymond, has been participating for 20 years and said it was marked by solidarity and "sharing the experience."
