There's this London gem located around the Wapping area and it's called the Skylight Rooftop. This winter, the rooftop is transformed into an ice skating rink and an open space bar. The place also offers a fantastic view of London with The Shard and the Gherkin visible in the horizon. If you have time, this place is worth checking out!
