Being 100% recyclable and fully reusable, once airsac is inflated the packaging moulds itself around fragile products to ensure maximum protection. airsac uses multi-chamber technology to ensure goods are still protected even if a chamber gets punctured. To inflate airsacs, a small air compressor, air line or manual pump is all that is required.

Containing only 2% film and 98% air, packaging waste is significantly reduced as well as storage and shipping costs. Prior to inflation, airsacs use a small fraction of the space required compared to traditional alternatives such as polystyrene, styrofoam and bubblewrap.

Network Packaging's range of airsac products are available in a variety of standard stock sizes, as well as bespoke sizes made to order. Outer packaging can also be provided.
