After struggling for years with alcohol, Tom is now just past 1 year of sobriety and ready to take on the world with his new smile.
His previous life with alcohol led to accidental falls and accidents when he was drunk that led to broken, damaged, and missing teeth. The overall decline in health and continued use of alcohol also wore down his teeth.
Those times are over.
