When you do a Frontside Bluntslide, you slide with your wheels on the obstacle. You can do the Frontside Bluntslide on curbs and rails. There are Bluntstall and Bluntslide variations in the transition as well. For the start, we suggest practising the FS Bluntslide on a curb or rail. For the curb you have to go with a little more speed and wax because the contact surface is bigger, making it harder to slide. On a rail, the Frontside Bluntslide is easier to slide but you can slip out easier as well.

We’ll show you the best foot placement, how to shift your weight, and the landing. Keep in mind, though, that the FS Bluntslide is definitely one of the more advanced skateboard tricks. Don‘t give up and keep going! Just go as fast as you can because the Bluntslide slides way better with a good amount of speed.
