1. Discuss current and past projects where the company leverage analytics to make a more informed data-driven decision (marketing, sales, and operations)
2. Converse about PEER executives who have benefited from past projects, with specific impact
3. Communicate & ask questions - understand key business challenges, executive issues and pain points (Listen)
4. Understand their view as to WHY this is a challenge, what are the factors they see contributing to these challenges
5. Ensure they understand the potential impact of the project- align analysis to inform decision making and the impact is relevant to a business challenge
6. Talk about how THEY can help to successfully implement the project and strategy - Top / Down
