Shoyu Ahi Poke
Ingredients
* 1 lbs sushi grade ahi tuna
* 1/4 sweet Maui onion(sliced)
* 2 scallions(sliced)
* 1 tsp sesame seeds
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* 1/3 cup dried ogo seaweed
* 1/2 tsp Hawaiian salt
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp chili paste/chili flakes
* Cooked short-grain rice
* Furikake
Instructions
1. Slice tuna into bite-sized chunks.
2. Cover ogo seaweed with water, let sit for 5 minutes, drain, and cut into smaller pieces.
3. Combine shoyu, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste,
4. Combine tuna, salt, onions, scallions, the sauce, sesame seeds, and grated ginger.
5. Serve with warm rice or chips and optionally top with avocado, cumber and furikake.
