Crews from West Midlands Fire Service were on the evening on 14 November 2022 dealing with a fire at the junction of #Alcester Road and St Mary’s Row in #Moseley, #Birmingham.

There are currently 8 appliances in attendance and the public have been asked to avoid the area where possible. The Southbound Alcester Road at Salisbury Road is now closed. It is believed the fire is at a three storey building where Lewis’s cafe bar is situated. Eyewitnesses have described seeing large plumes of smoke coming from the building as emergency services arrived
