The ReUsers is a Jericho Foundation social enterprise project. Outwardly, this entity functions as a charity shop department store, although there is more than meets the eye at The ReUsers.
Behind the scenes, there is a concerted effort to nurture individuals with complex backstories into a place of confidence and security. Any proceeds taken from the shop side of the organisation are ploughed straight back into Jericho Foundation, who help to identify individuals from a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and help them by placing them in apprenticeship positions at their affiliated outlets, like The ReUsers.
Here, people are able to understand the importance of developing soft skills as they are integrated into the world of work. Typically, apprenticeships last from between 6-18 months and Jericho work with individuals after they have completed their course, to ensure that they remain on their pathway to independence and prosperity.
