Jia Dee Li, the WTC Sustainability Manager for the Port Authority of NY & NJ, has a degree in engineering, but has worked on both real estate and engineering issues in the rebuilding of the World Trade Center. Her office was on the 74th floor of the North Tower, and she is proud to be part of the team creating the new World Trade Center.
