Let's burn those calories! Today's video is a 10 minute shadow boxing workout for beginners. Shadow boxing is a great cardio routine that everyone can perform. Please remember to continue moving during the entire workout with the exception of the rest periods.
You do not need any equipment for this workout.
The timer will be on for 2 minutes of combinations and then there will be a 30 second rest period.
For the final 30 seconds of the routine you will be performing a 1-2 punch burnout.
Workout:
Jab-Jab for 1 minute
Jab-Cross for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Jab-Cross-Lead Hook for 1 minute
Jab-Jab-Cross for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Jab- Cross- Lead Uppercut for 1 minute
Move around for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Jab-Jab for 1 minute
Jab-Cross for 1 minute
1-2 Burnout for 30 seconds
