The president of the National People's Party (NPP) Meghalaya unit, WR Kharlukhi has informed that the party will contest in all 29 seats in the upcoming election to the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council or the GHADC even as he exuded confidence that the party will win with an absolute majority.
