The story behind this song:

Friends pointed me to Kirsten's beautiful song "Praise His Name" and I wanted to know more about this singer. When it turned out that she lived nearby, a visit was quickly arranged. I received her CD and her book "God weaves gold through every story" (God weeft goud in elk verhaal) so I was able to dig deeper into her life story. Kirsten can testify that if you hold the hand of Jesus through all weaknesses, He can show His power in and through you. What a beauty comes from the depth of pain, questions and setbacks! God's ways are incomprehensible.

I was inspired to write this song for Kirsten:
