This week’s walkaround features our 6” Channel Super-Wide Tilt (TS). The 102” super-wide tiltable deck and steel drive-over diamond-plate fenders makes the TS ideal for loading and unloading a variety of oversized vehicles and equipment.
The TS is a tiltable variant of our very popular B6 Buggy Hauler. The tilting deck features a hydraulic cushioned cylinder and a manual locking mechanism. These features allow the deck to tilt with no electronics, making loading and unloading a breeze.
This trailer is built on a robust 6” channel frame with 3” channel cross-members on 16” centers for enhanced strength and durability for those max capacity loads. The TS also features an upgraded 9,500 lb. winch and roller for winching disabled vehicles or loading heavy equipment.
The TS is equipped with a cold weather wiring harness. This not only protects the wiring components in the extreme cold but is also rated to withstand extreme temperatures of up to 221° Fahrenheit. This trailer also features a heavy-duty 12k jack that features a spring-loaded drop leg for easy retracting.
We also added an oversized toolbox that provides excellent protection from the elements and plenty of storage space for tools and straps. In addition to a D-ring at each corner, we offer additional customizable options like our Stake Pocket D-Rings for extra tie-down points.
This trailer guarantees a smoother ride and greater protection for your load by sitting on two 7,000 lb. Dexter torsion axles with electric brakes.
