The public can soon reimagine Singapore in 2030, bearing in mind the COVID-19 pandemic and prevailing trends. The Institute of Policy Studies is conducting a scenario-planning project, which aims to engage Singaporeans on their future and help them contribute to the narrative. Dr Gillian Koh, deputy director of research and senior research fellow at IPS, shared why the study is being conducted now and the findings from Phase 1 of the study.
