Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this super crunchy and delicious Air Fryer Chicken cartilage (氣炸雞軟骨） it’s so addictive ， you can’t stop eating it once you start eating 😆 and this is a great party starter or snacks 👍

Ingredients
Chicken cartilage 1 lb (previously frozen)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper powder
1 Tbsp of garlic powder
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of Shaoxing cooking wine
1/4 cups of tapioca starch
