Born and raised in Freeport, New York, I have been fishing Long Island’s beautiful local waters my entire life. It all started when my dad took me fishing for the first time at age 3. Since then I’ve been “hooked.”

Growing up on the water, I spent as much time as possible fishing from piers and boats. Eventually, I became a mate on numerous charter boats, soaking in the natural splendor of the sea while learning all I could about charter fishing. As time went by, fishing became much more than a job or a hobby for me...it became my passion.

My fishing experiences extend well beyond Long Island’s waters and include many other fascinating locations as well. I’ve traveled up and down the eastern seaboard, from Maine to the Florida Keys, to ports in Hawaii, Mexico, Central America, and throughout the Caribbean.

As the captain of Sea Rogue Fishing Charters I’m able to do something that few people are given the opportunity to do: work at something I love. Plus, I get to share my enthusiasm for the sea and my knowledge of fishing with my customers. I’m proud to say that I have authored numerous fishing articles for various publications and speak to audiences at seminars, trade shows, and fishing club meetings.
