Follow the steps below to record your screen on a MacBook Pro or Air:
1. Open the Quicktime Player on your MaBook Air or Pro.
2. Select File in the top menu and select New Screen Recording.
3. A new menu will appear near the bottom of the screen. Select your desired type of screen recording. This includes the full screen or a section of the screen.
4. Select Options to choose where the screen recording file is saved and which microphone will be used for the screen recording. This includes external microphones.
5. Select Record to begin your screen recording.
6. To stop recording, select the stop button in the top menu on your MacBook.
