This recipe is our take on the age-old galaoti kebab using mushroom. Do try these and let us know if you liked them.

Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 200gms
Onion - 1
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - 1
Garlic - 6
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1
Peppercorn - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 6
Mace - 1
Oil
Salt
Directions:
Add oil and fry cashews until brown. Keep aside
In the same oil fry onions until brown and crispy. Keep aside
Add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, mace, cloves and peppercorns. Fry until fragrant.
Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and cook for sometime.
Add mushroom, salt and cook until water has completely evaporated from mushrooms.
Cool completely
Transfer to blender jar and add fried onions and cashews
Grind to a smooth paste without adding any extra water
Portion and shape kebabs and fry on both sides until brown
Mushroom Galouti kebabs are ready!
