The SADC Heads of State and Government Summit will take place virtually on Monday 17th August 2202. It will be hosted by the incoming chairperson, Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi who takes over from Tanzania's President John Magafuli. The theme for 2020 is centred around building peace and security and the region's resilience.
