Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito Bowl
Ingredients
2 lbs. Carne Asada Steak
12 oz. Cauliflower Rice
4 eggs
3 tbsp. Almond Milk
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. Salsa
1/2 Avocado
1 Jalapeno
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/4 cup Onion
2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pepper
Directions
Add the Carne asada to a pan over medium high heat and season with salt,pepper and Taco seasoning. cook for 4-5 mins mixing frequently until cooked to your preference. Add the steamed Cauliflower rice to a skillet with olive oil salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes just enough to brown up the cauliflower rice. scramble the eggs with almond milk season with salt and pepper and cook over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes to scramble the eggs. Cut the avocado into slices and chop up the cilantro and onions and mix.
In a bowl lay down the cauliflower rice, layer with Carne Asada, top with eggs. Add salsa, chopped jalapenos, cheese, avocado and cilantro and onions
