Americana Road Trip: Stage 2 - Central Hotel, Gateshead

Nice ride on an old double decker over the river to the recently reopened Central Hotel - highly recommended as a pre-Sage venue. We managed to miss the opening act, Lesley Roley, due to the tempting food and beverages downstairs but made it upstairs for this excellent duo who I'd never heard of before. Great harmonies and playing.

Filmed this from the back of the room and the background chatter reminds me why I usually make the effort to get further forward.
