This happened on my way to work this morning (2015.01.06 around 8:30AM). The traffic enforcer (TE) thought that it was a good idea to stop the vehicles coming from San Juan and let the vehicles on Ramon Magsaysay pass through the intersection even if the traffic light was red.
What happened? A vehicle coming from San Juan hit a motorcycle that had two people on it.
The traffic lights seem to working properly. There was no heavy build up of vehicles on any of the roads leading to that intersection. There was no need for the TE to interfere.
