Not every case is a win. Sure we all have great stories about the cases we have conquered. What are the tough cases? What happens when you client has multiple cases in their criminal history? Maybe they don't get out of jail immediately. Maybe they don't get bond. Why do some of the toughest people cry and moan about being in jail? I don't know. Do they realize the system is not forgiving? Seems like they don't get it.
