This video provides an overview of Maxim's low-power-consuming Arm Cortex-M4F microcontroller with Bluetooth 5 - the MAX32655. The MAX32655 is a cost-effective but powerful microcontroller designed for power-sensitive embedded applications that require an embedded BLE radio.
The MAX32655's primary computing core is an ARM Cortex-M4 with a floating point unit and support for single instruction multiple data DSP instructions. The ARM Cortex-M4 addresses a half megabyte of Flash and 128 kilobytes of RAM. A second core, a 32-bit RISC-V core, handles the BLE stack. This way all of the "horsepower" of the ARM Cortex-M4 is available for the user application without having high priority communication interrupts get in the way.
