This recipe makes 6 servings:
2 cups (gluten-free) rolled oats (4.8 dl)
2 scoops (vegan) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans (1.2 dl)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter, the peanut butter I use is 100% made of peanuts (80 ml)
3 egg whites
2 grated apples
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey

1. Mix the dry ingredients together
2. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine
3. Spread the mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes, stirring in between
5. Store in an air-tight container/jar in the room temperature
6. Serve with Greek yogurt for extra protein!
