The anti-gunners are arguing that because Americans RARELY use semiautomatic rifles or magazines holding over 10 rounds in self defense, the pro-2A community cannot prove that such "arms" are commonly used by Americans for lawful purposes; and, thus, semiautomatic rifles such as AR-15s and Magazines are NOT protected arms under the 2nd Amendment.
