Rhodes was well worth losing my passport 🌼 I think that the coolest part about visiting was looking out at the ocean and land and just thinking about the amount of rich, powerful, and incredibly influential myths that have inspired by people long ago who looked out at and walked along the very same landscape. I grew up devouring Greek mythology so this was something I'm sure my younger self would have been so ecstatic about ☀️

I’m Makayla! I’m twenty-one years old and a third year at the University of Chicago (though I’m currently abroad at the University of Bristol).
