This is a short clip from the recently re-released Ghost X Ultimate. This game has no classes - only the Nanobot weapons you can switch between at any time. Each nanobot levels as you do, some of them evolve at certain levels gaining new stats and abilities. You obtain new nanobots by crafting them after collecting their seed/recipe, or by combining two you already have.
