Federal High Court in Abuja where Justice Emeka Nwite has ordered the remand of four suspects linked to notorious bandit leader Bello Turji in Kuje Correctional Centre.
Justice Nwite made the order in a short ruling after the defendants pleaded not guilty to the 11-count charge of terrorism.
Justice Nwite adjourned the case to 10th of February for trial.
You would recall that the Federal Government earlier filed an 11-count charge against the eight defendants, four of whom are at large.
The suspects were alleged to have procured and supplied illicit drugs to terrorist groups.
