This video is for all my pickeleballers out there! Pickleball is a great sport, especially for older adults, however, it can lead to some serious injuries.
This video is a 10 minute interval training workout (rest breaks built in) to help improve your strength, agility, balance, and endurance on and off the pickleball court, and also will hopefully help you decrease your risk for injury.
