Recipe & Ingredients
-500 gram chicken (Cut in strips or cubes)
-1 egg
-1 TBSP Soya sauce
-1 TBSP Vinegar
-2 TBSP Cornflour
-1/2 TSP Black pepper
-1/2 TSP Salt
Mix this well with chicken and let it marinate for at-least 30 minutes.
Then fry chicken strips/cubes until golden brown.
Add some oil in pan and saute 1-1/2 TBSP crushed garlic. Then add 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1-1/2 TBSP oyster sauce, 1 TBSP dark soya sauce, 1 TBSP vinegar and 1/2 TBSP black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and add fried chicken and 5-6 sliced green chillies. Then add one medium onion cut in cubes. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes and then add spring onions.
Chicken Chilli Dry is ready to be served!
