Bukakmaeul produces healthy Gim-bugak, or fried seaweed chips with premium ingredients and improved production skills. The company mainly produces fried seaweed chips with improved tastes and nutrients. It has decreased the salinity level and the products don’t contain preservatives.
As the fried seaweed of the company is a 100% handmade product, the company puts top priority on keeping the product quality. And it has introduced a smart factory system to monitor the production environment including temperature and humidity.
