Lebanon PA, 5.12.2020: PA Dutch Pork and Sauerkraut in Jo Ellen's Kitchen
1 two-pound pork loin
1 large can of sauerkraut

Open and place your sauerkraut into a Baking pan sprayed with Pam, which keeps the roast from sticking, and aids in clean-up. Open the boneless pork loin, and place in the center of the sauerkraut. Cover with a lid.
Place the pork and sauerkraut into the oven on 325 degrees for 1.5 hours. Pair with mashed potatoes--homemade or store bought, and microwaved.
Serves 5.
