Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and cream cheese - Recipe
Ingredients
3 Chicken breast
1 cup - freshly chopped spinach
100 grams - softened cream cheese
dash of cayenne pepper or paprika
pinch of black pepper
dash of garlic powder
dash of Italian seasoning
Instructions
Spinach and cream cheese mixture
1. In a bowl, add softened cream cheese
2. Add garlic powder
3. Add spinach
4. Mix all the ingredients and put aside
*Pre - Heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Chicken Breast
1. With a knife, make a pocket
2. Stuffed the chicken breast with the spinach and cream cheese mixture
3. Use few toothpicks to secure the chicken breast (or kitchen twine)
Baking
1. In a baking tray, place the chicken breast 1 by 1
2. Bake it for 30 minutes uncovered (or till the thermometer read 165 degrees)
3. Let the chicken sit for about 5 minutes and remove the tooth picks before serving
