Jen Swails, the Interim Executive Director for the University Health Center, talks about how UGA is making it easy, fast, and free to get COVID-19 vaccinations on campus. With a new school year about to begin, we’ve implemented new measures to keep the members of our campus safe and healthy and reduce the spread of coronavirus.
Though not required or mandated, we encourage students and faculty to take advantage of the easy access to vaccines at the University Health Center and tell everyone you know about the incentives for doing so, including a limited-edition University of Georgia t-shirt and your choice of $20 gift card from our selection of local Athens businesses.

We are resuming in-person classes and activities without requirements for masks or social distancing. We strongly encourage members of campus to get vaccinated if they have not already done so.
