🔥 As a kid I always thought there was a secret password or something that could enable you to get Axel Blaze/Gouenji Shuuya with his hood disguise from when he was in Okinawa. I always thought he looked so cool with the hoodie on and I was very disappointed when I found that you can't play with him in that state in the official game. And that's why I made this mod! It took me around 2 months to finish this mod, I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to do it but with persistence and help from several people I was able to finish it. I wanna give a special thanks to @NielsHotweels for basically teaching everything from ground zero, to Elroy who made the IE rom hacking documentation, to Alex 2103 who helped me find some files I needed and vini.

⚠️ The mod has a few problems that make it unsuitable to play, so unfortunately i'm not going to be able to release this mod to the public.
