The First lady Janet Museveni has asked Uganda Communications Commission to highlight the issue of protecting children from cyber-crime and other vices they are exposed to online. The first lady was speaking at the Africa Child Online protection conference at Munyonyo in Kampala. The theme for the day was empowering future digital citizens.
