High drama over Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s UK remarks and JPC demands on the Adani issue continued stalling the Parliament proceedings on the fifth day of the second leg of the budget session. On Friday, both Houses were adjourned as the BJP demanded a public apology from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his 'democracy under threat' remarks in the UK, and the Congress called for a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into the Adani case.
