In this video we are travelling to one of the remotest village of Kodaikanal.
Vellagavi- a 300 years old village also known as the old kodaikanal. We need to start a trekking of 6 kms from vattakanal to reach this village. There are around 100+ families in this village. Agriculture is their prime source of income and they cultivate crops like Cardamom, coffee ,Hill banana and avocados. I am making this vlog along with Prasanna from @HeavenExplorer team. The primary reason for this trip is to collect native seeds and saplings in this village. We were accompanied by Murugan,Old Kodai Cafe(camping site) where we will be staying for the night.
