Welcome back to another Utilitymonk video! Once again our journey leads us to Darkmaul Citadel, except the video is not on a speedrun, another way to break in, it's how we can get to the top of Exile's Reach with the power of the player's abilities and the use of the early version of the island. Darkmaul Citadel is one of the least original dungeons that Blizzard has ever made, because the whole dungeon is using assets from Highmaul Citadel from Warlords of Draenor. This also means that it is considerably easier to escape unlike recent dungeons beyond Shadowlands.
By breaking out through wall jumping, you can discover what is the earliest version of Exile's Reach, including a relatively empty Hrun's Barrow, unused versions of the Quillboar Briarpatch, a secret cave on the coast, and so much more. Unlike the modern starter experience we know of where it's full of barriers, this one has zero invisible walls. Unlike my friend @AllThingsNerdChannel, who made a video on this place with me, I am offering a more detailed guide on how to break out of this area and do what was thought impossible.
Let me know if you found a way to break into the Darkmaul Citadel building on Discord! I will happily credit you if you found a way to break in that anyone can access. If you're looking for a Slow Fall Potion feel free to DM me on that as well. My username is Utilitymonk.
As always, enjoy!
