If you've ever experienced a nasty bruise, you know how uncomfortable and unsightly it can be. That's where our specially crafted blend comes in! Made with potent essential oils known for their therapeutic properties, this remedy will provide the relief you need.

Here's the recipe for our Deep Bruise Relief Blend:

Ingredients:

1 fl oz (30 ml) Trauma Oil: Trauma oil is a powerful combination of arnica, St. John's wort, and calendula-infused carrier oils, renowned for their anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
10 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil (Helichrysum italicum): Helichrysum, often referred to as the "Immortal Flower," is a precious essential oil with outstanding skin-regenerating abilities, perfect for helping with bruises and skin trauma.
10 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil (Matricaria recutita): Known for its calming and anti-inflammatory effects, German Chamomile essential oil complements the blend, reducing inflammation and soothing the skin.
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia): Lavender is a versatile essential oil with various therapeutic qualities, including its ability to ease pain and promote relaxation, which can be beneficial during the healing process.

Instructions:
In a 1 fl oz (30 ml) amber glass bottle, combine the Trauma Oil, Helichrysum Essential Oil, German Chamomile Essential Oil, and Lavender Essential Oil. Gently shake the bottle to ensure all the oils are thoroughly blended together.

Usage:
To use this Deep Bruise Relief Blend, apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin. Repeat 2-3 times daily or as needed until the bruise starts to heal.
