I visited Starfront Observatories, a remote telescope hosting site that's creating access to dark skies for astrophotographers. With the increasing amount of light pollution in the world, it's getting harder to find dark skies to photograph deep space. The folks at Starfront Observatories are changing this, giving people an affordable way to pursue the hobby of astrophotography.
I made this video a few months after they started building their two buildings, and after I finished filming and editing, they've installed loads more telescopes. It's seriously so cool to see so many people photographing the night sky.
